All donations made to Texas Valor Project are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be reversed or returned. 3.3 Use of Funds

4. Event Registration
Registration for Texas Valor Project events (including golf tournaments, clay shoots, and other fundraising activities) is subject to event-specific terms communicated at the time of registration. Unless stated otherwise:
Registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferable to another participant with prior written notice
Texas Valor Project reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control
Participants are responsible for following all rules, regulations, and safety guidelines at events


5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Texas Valor Project website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and other materials ("Content"), is the property of Texas Valor Project or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print content from our Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any Content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Texas Valor Project.
